HOSPITALITY DESIGN, OWNER’S REP, LAUNCH & PR

Mili brought WHISK on to advise and manage the launch of a modern wine bar from concept, to architectural design/project management, and through opening day press.

From curating and sourcing the stemware, dinnerware, small wares and other service details, to serving as client rep & liaison for first-time industry owners, advising on back-of-house layout, coffee program, bathroom design (including custom hand soap!), hiring the opening team, as well as defining the branding, photo shoot art direction, and opening menu, this was one of our most favorite projects yet!
