WHISK Hospitality Experiences are custom trips, concierge services, and intimate gatherings designed for travelers who want more than an itinerary — food, culture, insider access, and rhythm shaped by someone who lives between the worlds.
Based between Biarritz and Paris, WHISK works with a small number of clients each season.
For travelers planning a trip to France from scratch. WHISK designs custom itineraries tailored around your taste, pace, and preferences. Engagements include consultations to understand what you're looking for, hotel and villa sourcing, restaurant reservations and introductions, cultural and food access, day-by-day planning, and a calibrated black book of the right places at the right moments.
Best for: multi-week France stays, multi-city trips, family travel, founders and creative clients, and travelers who want a trip shaped around them rather than a packaged experience.
Engagements typically begin at €5,000.
What We Offer
For travelers, hosts, and private clients who want to gather thoughtfully in France. WHISK designs and produces private dinners, weekend gatherings, and small events drawing on our network of chefs, makers, sommeliers, and trusted local partners. Dinners can be standalone bookings or part of a broader travel or concierge engagement.
Best for: birthday weekends, family reunions, founder dinners, intimate celebrations, and travelers who want a real meal with real people rather than a restaurant booking.
Hosted gatherings are quoted by scope.
Real-time support while traveling in France. For travelers who have already booked their stay but want a trusted local layer of support. WHISK steps in when your travel is set but the details still need a person who can answer the call. Includes reservation calibration, last-minute changes, day-of recommendations, chef and provisioning sourcing, transportation coordination, and the kind of on-the-ground hospitality that makes the difference between a good trip and a great one.
Best for: travelers with confirmed hotels or villas, families with logistical complexity, and anyone who wants a trusted point of contact in France during their stay.
Concierge engagements typically begin at €2,500.

Process
Inquire. Send us a note at bonjour@whisksf.com with your dates, destinations, and what you're looking for.
Consultation. We schedule a call to understand your taste, pace, and people. No charge for initial consultations.
Proposal. We send a scoped proposal with engagement type, deliverables, and pricing.
Design. Once confirmed, we begin the design phase — custom itineraries, sourcing, reservations, introductions.
On-the-Ground. During your trip, we're available as agreed in scope — whether that's calibrated concierge throughout, or available-as-needed support.
